Tracy helped us buy a 5 acre lot that we were having a hard time getting a response from the seller but a couple days later tracy called us and said she talked to the seller and they were willing to sell it to us even after I asked to bring the price down $5,000.

Tracey was awesome to work with I had contacted her about a piece of property I seen online but at the time the property was not on her list and she found some info on a couple other properties but after a couple days went by she called me back and was able to get in touch with the original property owner and she was very quick to get me a contract on the property she drove to my house within a half hour contract signed and 5,000 under list and the seller took the offer , I am very grateful to Tracy for her prompt response she was able to help me and my wife and kids get the land we were looking for, over 5 acres in a location we really liked so what ever it is your looking for Tracy can find it , thanks again Tracy
